In a recent survey commissioned by Century 21 Real Estate, it was found that 90% of all decisions relating to the home are made by women.  The research also showed that 85% of all home seekers were more likley to trust a female real estate agent than a male, 69% of women make the choice of house for their family to live in and 73% of women make the choice of agent to buy from.
